The Belly Button has to come out before it falls out

So sayeth my sister, who I trust with things like this. She said to take it out in the bath, and get some Vit E capsules and break one and rub it in twice a day to minimise scarring....

Had a bit of a cry last night over it... I love my belly bar :(

Bad belly...

My belly bar still isn't healing properly. Its also slightly off centre, but I know why this has happened. The problem is that every month (during my period) it flares up again and I have to bathe it for a couple of weeks - think this is due to the hormone changes...

Then I have a couple of weeks with it being fine, and then its back to being sore. Coupled with the fact that it got ripped a month or so back, so it has extra healing to do. I also think its rejecting and slowly growing out, but as its not healed properly, I don't want to take a chance, taking it out and letting any infection get trapped inside

Blasted belly....

Ok, ok, I'm so lazy
