2009/10/27 18:14 Effective 11/07/2009 I will be retiring from Body Modification and Slingin' Ink where I have worked for the last 11 years. To those close to me this will not come as a suprise, to those at more of a distance, it may. I plan to help Wiggins to finish the final stages of his apprenticeship, of which he is the only person to ever complete. I will be helping him with scarification as well as heavier mods in the not so distant future. Wiggins is great at what he does and should be a very respectable replacement. I could not be happier to pass the torch to him, he has a real passion for his work. To anyone who has inquired about heavier mods or has plans to do so, Wiggins & I are planning to work together to coordinate these efforts so no one is left in the cold here. Thanks so much for the support for the last several years...cheers!

2009/07/07 18:29 The fourth was pretty good. Spent some time with my family, the following day Michelle & I went to the zoo in Omaha and hit the old market on monday. The area is great for the alternative, it makes me happy. The weekend was good, the zoo was great, & my time with Michelle was priceless. I cannot believe how priorities change when love actually finds it's way into your life.

2009/04/09 15:29 to say that I have time to leave entries here but for the most part I am too busy. A quick update....working on yet another book, just about done with the first edit, then on to the second, Through the EYES of an Abstract Mind is still selling well and just got picked up on Amazon.com's Kindle for download, I will be going into the studio to record my first spoken word release, I am sure it will be a double disc and an i tunes release, doing lots of photography and traveling, I am engaged to my muse and soul mate Michelle, and lastly I am still working full time at Slingin' Ink so come on out & see me for piercing, scars etc...thanks to everyone for all the support!
2007/12/04 19:28 Dec. 28th I will be signing his new book "through the EYES of an abstract mind" and speaking at East Village Books in Des Moines. This will be a big event with Freaklabel also signing their new disc "MONOLITH", and also an art fusion event that will see 5 artists sharing five different canvases and rotating every 5 minutes to create completely original works that will go to charity. All will end with a show by Freaklabel a block north at the House of Bricks. Time of the event is 6pm!
