2010/01/31 12:30 Went and rode almost 5 hours yesterday. It was below freezeing(26 when I started) for pretty much all of it. I borrowed a second pair of gloves from another guy who was riding with us, and was still cold.
Unfortunately I am probably going to go do another 2-3 hours today as well. Gonna be super cold.

2010/01/28 16:26 Back on the bike again. Feeling good about it. Got the training schedule going, and I've got my first road race(s) of the season/as a Cat 3 next weekend. There's also an awards party for stuff I won last year, so I get two sweet new jerseys. Rock.

I've got an easy/off day on the training plan, so Im gonna go hit the pool for 45 minutes or an hour, and then work on some simple strength training. The rest of the evening will involve updating my 401(k) type stuff for work.
