2005/06/30 19:01 As usual, this is copied from my livejournal:I stretched my ears to 15mm (which is just under 5/8"), but shh, don't tell my parents! I have some cool totally see-though plugs in. I'm not sure what size my old jewellery was... but I think it was 12mm. 15 was easy to get in, though, I just wiped on a little vaseline and they slid right in.
I've been thinking that as I'm not going to be a doctor any more (I'm just not intelligent enough and I've accepted it), I can stretch my ears as much as I want to. I'd like to become a psychologist of some sort, and piercings shouldn't be too much of a problem. Also, if I have to, I could always have surgery to close up the holes (not that I'd even consider that at the moment, I love them too much!).
Who knows any websites that sell very cheap plugs? I know BAF is good, but I'm in the UK so the shipping costs more and it takes a while to get here. I guess I should just buy them from my piercer, but they might not have what I want. Ah well, we shall see.
Also... I HATE using tapers to stretch. They hurt so bad and the feeling of it just jarrs me. *shudders*. Does anyone know how long I should wait until I'll be able to slide the next size in without having to use a taper? Oh and I don't think I'd be able to get my hands on any teflon tape.
Anyway, I know this is a LAME entry just about my damn ears, but still... it is an entry!
