| So, people tell me I don't update enough. here's what's been goin' on:
-Started volunteering at a bike co-op
Today was a good day. dude I know works at a bike shop and they had a free stand so I got to work on my bike there a little bit today, which was so amazing. Did a lot of things I'd never done before, screwed up a bit, but ultimately felt like I learned a ton. And the dude said it felt good having me there, like he was comfortable and didn't have to worry about me. Made me feel good. I plan on working there next summer. school starts Tuesday after next. I'm coming out to my mom this friday/saturday. I just realized a couple days ago that if that doesn't go well, it'll be a real shit start to the year. Oh well. I think it'll be ok. Oh, and I've been listening to a lot of metal lately. Mostly Lamb of God - Wrath and As The Palaces Burn. Some Avenged Sevenfold too, though (fine, I know they're not metal). |

| I wasn't gonna upload these originally 'cause I doubt people really care about seeing them, but since people think my tattoo's fake I figured I would lol. The most recent session was re-doing the text, which is why it looks so much more bold (bolder?) than the heads. The picture posted on modblog was taken the morning after it was done, before any real scabs had a chance to form.
Day 3 of healing are pictures 1 and 2. Now I need to go take a nap. Drinking Bawls 5 hours before I went to bed was not a good decision.     |

| I should probably update, right? right. news: - Got a new bike! It's a Panasonic DX-2000. It rides solid and gets me where I need to go. Although I think it might be a bit much for my knees so soon. ah well, they'll get used to it. I got it from The Recyclery. Represent! Pictures 1, 2, and 3! - I took the bus to East Lansing. Which ended up taking me to Bay City then back to East Lansing, since the bust driver forgot my stop the first time around and I had to go the long way lol. One picture from my journey is Picture 4! - I got my tattoo worked on in East Lansing. Mostly re-did the letters, since I'd lost a lot of ink. I sat like a champ and had a great time. Next time's head touch-ups and the background (dark purple swirls). I'm looking forward to it. (Picture 5 is the morning after it was done, Pictures 6-11 are today after my shower.) that's all the big stuff, really. classes are still going pretty well, still workin' on bikes which is fun. | holy shit 2 updates in 2 days?! crazy, I know! I've been busy lately, what can I say. - I went and got a haircut yesterday. It looks pretty spiffy. and only cost $12! ($10 with a $2 tip) That's Picture 1 and Picture 2. - I got Red Mango, it's a frozen yogurt place. Good stuff. mine was with raspberries and cap'n crunch haha. That's Picture 3. - I got an e-mail back from The Recyclery and started today. It was amazing. It's been way too long since I've worked on bikes, plus volunteering again is just nice. I'm gonna do 3hrs on Tuesdays and 5 hours on Saturdays, except for this Saturday since I'll be in Lansing. Well, I might be able to put in an hour and a half depending on what train I take. We'll see. Greasy hands are pictures four and five! - I got a Free cone at Ben & Jerry's today, but didn't take a picture of that haha. It was gone too fast!
