So the Economy Sucks, stupid. I got a call from an employment firm for assisting senior citizens discuss financial options, something I am more than qualified to do considering my extensive background of 15 years in customer service and 3 years in financial arrangements and counseling for businesses in regards to IT budgeting and such. However once they discovered I have an altered appearance the essence of which is nearly impossible to conceal, I was kindly disqualified.
Unemployment doesn't like my situation since my childcare issues caused much of my absences that led to my termination (sometimes I had to leave work early to pick up Violet from school or some such things...late because getting her to school on time on the bus some mornings was cutting it too close, things to that extent) which they consider leaves me unavailable sometimes during business hours to work or be available to work. They sent me 20 things in the mail to fill out and I got them literally a few days before they needed them faxed/mailed back. Assholes! They are trying diligently to do all they can to disqualify me for benefits.
Scraped up barely enough for rent this month, and now will owe some folks down the line in their assistance in this regard, so February is looking REALLY sad..may have to contact St. Vincent to help. That's if this other thing doesn't pan out....I am considering relocating to the wilds of Vashon Island, where I have been offered to stay nearly rent-free in return for helping out cleaning around the acreage and making my friend's home look good for inspection to renew her lease. This would create some turmoil in the visitation schedule with my wee Flower Daughter, but I will do all I can to make sure I am a regular aspect of her life.
I have applied at more than 30 leads and have my resume up on Job Dango, Career Builder, and Volt Services. I am crossing my fingers, wishing on lucky stars, getting up every morning and freaking out to the streets or internets in pursuit of getting bread on the table. I am considering selling art/making prints for a friend's clothing line, have sent pics of myself to alternative clothing companies and modeling sites to see about getting gigs....it's exhausting keeping up with society's expectations of a good father and provider.
Maybe I should go back to school...
Made some changes to the page, hope you like them and the new pics in my main gallery. Peace.

Have moved into a new pad with a new person. It's a sweet little studio with a walk through closet/room. Very cozy.
Was let go from Speakeasy and have filed for unemployment and thinking of going to school for graphic design.
I like things such as: words, works, music, cleaning, cooking large meals for people i like, being an avid book-reader, a networking technology self-student, indian-classical music, playing bass, painting, quantum theory, conspiracy theories, (theories are neat!).
MY JOB: Consists of troubleshooting networks for businesses who receive T1, bonded T1, DSL, hosting, MEOC, Managed Services/Co-location Servers and last but definately not least of all Voice Over I.P. It's not so much fun. I work for Speakeasy.net

I have taken part in a few suspensions and other fun things of that nature...but have been on hiatus for lack of time, resources, and honestly: an original, beautiful way to suspend ..i really dig doing some of the more intense positions over 'suicide' sort of thing. My favorite way to suspend would be from one or two knees...love that rush! I want a one-hook suspension done by the end of 2009.
