2009/09/08 13:46 To all my old BME & Iam friends. I know I've been gone from here for quite some time, and honestly have no real plans on returning, but I do miss a lot of you tremendously. If I know I left without saying my peace with hardly anyone. Take no offense, as I did what I had to do.
A TON has happened in my life since I skated away from this place. Some bad, but for the most part it's been pretty good.
I'm in a pretty interesting place in life right now. I'd like to hear from you.

2008/08/17 20:24 My day off was nice and relaxing. Slept after I got home from work, because we ran our asses off all night.
Went to the gym, hit legs as well as some plyometric exercises. Picked up a few books are borders. Cooked a nice chicken soup with curry and chili's.
I was offered a little "chemical assistance" in the gym today. Its not the first time, but the source was rather surprising. It was a fella that I've worked out with plenty of times over the last few months, and he's never mentioned a word about it. Anyway, I declined. Although I admit the temptation is there.
I'm meeting with my Captains daughter on Tuesday about picking up a couple of new kitchen knives. She works for CutCo and sells pretty much the best knives ever. I'm interested in a Santakou, vegetable, cleaver, and chefs knives. I think im going to narrow it down to 2 though, because of how pricy they are.
I started taking "Universal Animal Pak" vitamins yesterday, to replace the ones i've been taking. Its cool, except for its 24 fucking pills in 2, 12 pill shots. But it has everything ya need, Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, yada yada yada.
Im getting excited about getting a house
Thats really about it.
