2009/07/17 17:55 All booked in now for my prac days which start on the 11th of September Seriously cant wait!!!! Read all my training books multiple times and watched all the dvds over and over now its time to get some practice in a real studio With both the Piercing Urge practical/theoretical training and the governments Maintain Infection Control license I really have my fingers crossed on landing an apprenticeship when I return. Also in other news I ordered some jewelery from Body Art Forms at last!! Ordered Kaos Eyelets in Sea Blue and Candy Pink!! Funky bright colors that im really looking forward to wearing, especially in bed as stone/wood plugs can be a bit cumbersome when your laying on your side in the night. 'The Piercing Urge' course all booked!

2009/05/23 12:08 Woooooooooot! Off to Melbourne soon to do my level 1 training at 'The Piercing Urge' . All paid for and got my theoretical training books on the way which im going to study at crazy speeds :D The staff at Piercing Urge are going to line up a bunch of clients for me to pierce over 3 days as part of my practical training and so i can come back home with a bit of a portfolio and new skills to boot :) . So excited im finally getting there now and will at last achieve my dream ^^ Good times... Post/View Comments (1)

Just finished doing my piercing license!

2009/05/15 19:10 Just finished doing my course today to pursue becoming a body artist, the certificate was 'Maintain Infection Control in an Office Practice Setting' which your required to have to pierce in Queensland, Australia. Will be a few weeks before i hear back from TAFE to know if i passed, you need to get 100% so there is room for a quick resubmission but fingers crossed i wont have to! Booking the piercing course at 'The Piercing Urge' in Melbourne and will be flying down there for some practical training, will be able to come home to the Gold Coast with a portfolio of at least 6 people which should hopefully set me far enough apart to get an apprenticeship Post/View Comments (0)

I got a bunny!

2009/04/21 12:38 Just got the cutest little dwarf bunny which i named 'Kosher' . He is only 6 weeks old and ridiculously cute, I live in a granny flat so he has free roam around my mini house and gets up to a bit of mischief . Never had a bunny before and didn't think they would be so affectionate! He loves to sit in your lap and be patted and will come up to you when he is bored so you play with him Got a pimping little bunny mansion arriving from ebay in a few days so he has somewhere nice and safe to chill when I have guests over drinking(can just imagine someone stepping on the poor guy when he hops around the room at lightning speed )
