Too much work to keep updating all the time, a lot of piercings because 80's styles ears are in, a backpiece, a leg piece, some small shit and my armpits done because it seemed like a good idea at the time.

I'm presenting my paper at a conference in Banff next week, and I'm so not stoked, I fucking hate public speaking. But I AM stoked because I'm so baller that I have a published paper from this. I bought a brand new hot dress and some cute heels (and since I can't walk in them I can't run away while presenting) and I just got my hair done so at least I'll look hot while I'm nervous as fuck.

Now I'm off to play some much need Rock Band.

In life news however that paper I was previously bitching about is going to be published, no big. As soon as I can get an online link I'll post it, for anyone interested in the fluorescent properties of naphthenic acids. I've been riding my bike a fuckton, trying to get it up to 1000k before the end of the summer (so it can get its first service before I store it). I'm pretty close actually. Other news in fast form went to Sonic Boom, Inflames, Killswitch Engage, partied in an airplane hanger (slept in my car) watched my friend get her first tattoo on her ribs (highly entertaining) and helped my younger sister move into her first condo.

Actually that's what's been eating up most of my time, moving her. We had to gut the entire place and repaint almost every room. And then obviously throw a huge party. And then go on a 4am Denny's run where I was politely told that I must consume water haha.

Dodgeball season starts up again. WIN.
