What do we have here? It's a fucking pack of matches. Wooo matches!

I'm a piercer. Have been in the industry for over 10 years now. I have worked in various states as well as overseas. I'm a senior instructor at Fakir's school.
My body mods are subtle and most are easily hidden. I look pretty normal at first glance. Makes it easier to blend in with the masses and get what I want.
I'm in school to become a paralegal. I am now the proud owner of a working motorcycle which is quite exciting! We just moved into our new house!
A little update... I'm working of my biggest body mod yet, due at the end of October! It's such a trip!

Bored at work take two.
Finding ways to entertain myself in Murfreesboro. Making clothes out of the old displays is one way.

My Back

Bats Come To Life!: Fourth Session. I got the bats colored in! At this point it is pretty much done. I may do a touch up session, but this is pretty much it. We finished!
Freezing

Shoulder Freeze: My shoulder brands weren't as bold as I'd like so I went over them with the freeze stuff. I followed the directions this time (except for the part about using it on wartless skin) and left it on for 15 seconds. I woke up with raised blisters. They have scabs now, but I am anxious to see how they scar.
Right Leg

Leg Web: Getting cut years ago. The only photos I have from this is from a roll that was damaged and I scanned. The quality is not what I would like.

Too lazy to link. Sorry!

Long Time No IAM!
2008/09/02 18:52 I haven't been on here in ages! (A year maybe?) Anyways, a little update on my life for anyone interested... Still living in Austin, just officially moved in with my super awesome, fun, amazing, playful, everything I could ever want boyfriend after six months of unofficially living with him! Going to school for a paralegal degree and taking four classes this semester (yikes). Still working for Diablo doing management of the piercing studios and still flying out to teach with Fakir. I have my first tattoo appointment with Theresa in a year and it may be the one to complete my back which would be quite exciting. Halloween is coming up and I can't wait! All in all, my life is pretty damn fabulous right now and I love it!

Fakir Intesnives New Facility!!!
2007/01/24 10:35 We had our first class in our new building. It is the ground floor of a private residence on Folsom. It is so nice! The last place we were at was becoming quite neglected the past few years and it's great to be in a building that is very much cared for. There is a rooftop garden that we can use for eating and smoking, a large closet with a vent over one counter that we are setting up our clean/dirty area in and has plenty of room for storage, proper heating and cooling for the room and no street traffic noise to compete with. I think Fakir was a little apprehensive about such a big change, but after having a class there and seeing how well it worked out I think he may be as excited as the rest of us.

Up and down again
2006/09/21 14:29 This past labor day weekend I moved to Austin. It is a move I have been thinking about for a long time and so far I am quite happy with it. The drive was long and I was wishing the whole time that I was in the desert burning things with my friends, but I was glad to have the drive over with. The plan is to buy a house here within a year. My own house! I can get all my stuff out of storage! So exciting!
I was here a week, then went back to SF for the piercing school and am now back in Austin. When I got into SF I got bad family news. Now we have two memorials to plan. The first, my grandma, was an expected death, but the other was a shocking and suprising. My favorite cousin. Ever. After hearing the news I promptly got drunk, wrestled with friends at a bar and woke up with a shiny black eye that I had to explain at school the next day to Fakir. I don't quite remember how I got it, something involving ninjas. He said I should hang out with people who did X because they were much more gentle. More gentle than those brute drunks I guess. He makes me smile. We had a good class. I was also able to catch up with people I had lost touch with the past few years. I forgot how much I love my friends and how much they love me.
Now that I'm home (still sounds weird calling Austin home) I'm trying to settle in and figure out where everything is. I haven't gotten too terribly lost yet. I'm working at Diablo and getting used to how the shops work. Everyone at the shop is really sweet despite my slightly antisocial behavior. I'll warm up, just need time to adjust. Deep breaths. In through the nose, out through the mouth. (Fakir's voice in my head coaching)
