So, I'm not really new here, but we're taking the time to re-write the whole damn page. I have been working for what seems like forever now, submitted countless photos and been involve in countless awesome activities. I love everything body modification. So, now I have finally opened my own studio, it's called The Holy Mackerel. I named it that because I wanted it to be something fun and lighthearted. I am super excited because now we will be able to offer suspension in studio, which is a first for me. Scarification and Precision Piercing are still a mainstay here, but now we've also added Custom Tattooing to our repertoire. So, please, check out my new website!

So I've been working here in the Twin Cities since 2001. And even though I live in Minneapolis I have worked primarily here in St. Paul...I guess that makes me a commuter!
I design alot of custom jewelry, some of which has been featured here on BME and all of it you can see in my galleries. I'm always up for a new challenge and am constantly trying to re-invent the wheel! If you have ideas for me, feel free to let me know.
I love the art of Body Suspension. I have worked to bring more awareness to this art and the people involved. More recently I have been able to bring health and safety issues from inside of my profession to local legislators and they are listening!
With that said I was able to bring the first ever LIVE body Suspension show to town! I'm very fortunate to be able to be so pro-active in these artistic endeavors. I also put on a mini Sus-Con yearly South of Twin Cities. It's a three day event with camping, suspension and camaraderie. This year we're working on presenting a Body Mechanics Course with Sky Renfroe and Steve Joyner of Core...no details yet as this is still in the works.
As for my own mods this is what I'm rockin at the moment.
I have 2" lobes.
I have scalped labret @ 5/8" and still working on going bigger.
I also have 8g diagonal nipples.
I have some genital implanted ribs.
And lots of other facial piercings.
Let's not forget a crap ton of ink.
My left paw is implanted with a piece in the shape of and eyeball...which happens to be tattooed with an eyeball. On my right paw is one of Steve H's stars. My forehead also has two sets of domes and a set of 4g ti transdermals......All pieces wonderfully installed by:Iam stainless.
In my spare time, I am a huge VW enthusiast with a crap ton of enthusiasm for air-cooled VW's (especially buses). I also have a beautiful 1968 pitch black on chrome Karmann Ghia. I recently purchased for my wife a 1970 Standard VW Beetle with a factory installed crank sunroof. He is baby blue and his name is Scoot...we're still working on him but he's gonna be dope too!
I'm also very into PINBALL (in fact we have Monopoly in the Lobby of the new studio!) & shooting Pool, makes me sound kinda geeky, huh? Sometimes I go to bed with bells and whistles in my head (could also be a result of a lil' head trauma). I still enjoy getting tattooed and looking for new and unique jewelry for the studio is always a fun time. So now you know a little more about me. I hope you will enjoy my page as well as my work!
