I cannot wait for my shoulder to be healed one day. I need to get back on the water! The countdown continues. Probably not until June/July until I can kite again. :(
p.s. I am soooo bored that I made a twitter page (see link above) so add me!!
So on Wednesday I started physical therapy for my shoulder. I went to a therapist that specializes in sports and he seems like he knows what he is talking about. He came up with a full plan on how we will rehab my shoulder that is specific to kiteboarding. Just perfect.
Friday was my first real day, light weights, massage, and stretch. Feeling pretty good so far!!

It's hard for me to ever update this on account as I never really do anything different. Haha. But I am going to start trying to more often.
Shoulder is feeling okay but I still have another week and a half until I am starting physical therapy. The doctor wants me to wait 6 weeks before I start it so my arm gets super solid and heals fully from the surgery. This will make my therapy take a lot longer and be a lot more painful but whatever I have to do to make it good again!! I can't wait to have my arm fixed!
Yo! Nothing has been too new recently. I went to San Quintin, Mexico and kited for three days. Winds were light-ish but still enough to have a killer time. I went with a group of 50 somethin people so it was a ton of fun after kiting also.
I have scheduled my second shoulder surgery for August 31. Can't wait to get it done and over with and get it to where my shoulder doesnt just fall out of the socket anymore. The surgery part sucks though. Oh well. Gotta do what I gotta do. It's holding back my kiteboarding career!! Haha
P.s. Punkin my snake JUST ate her first rat. Awwwww!!
Alright, so we arrived back in town yesterday morning and I worked a half day yesterday and a full day today and it sucked. I don't miss work at all. Haha.
Tomorrow, our plane leaves for San Diego, CA at 7:00pm then we will be staying their for Thursday and then driving to San Quintin, Mexico on Friday morning. Friday-Sunday in Mexico. Monday in San Diego. I'm hoping there's wind!! Keep your fingers crossed!
