I'm Spud or Karma Dondrup Puntsok Webb, i have many interests including; Buddhism, Tibet, Tribal Cultures, Tattoos, Piercing and Body Modification.

I have seen much change over the years and still learn so much each day, i truly appreciate my precious human life.

I have taken Refuge Vows in the Karma Kagyu lineage which basically means i am a Buddhist. I am honoured to learn the Dharma and am happy to share my experience.
I am also a strong supporter of the rights of the Tibetan people, please please please check out www.freetibet.org

Kalima

2009/07/29 15:23 So i visited my friend Quentin at Kalima and had another branding done, he also recut my lip so i'm at 12mm now with my labret. Its always a pleasure seeing Quentin and as usual he was very professional. Looking forward to see how this branding heals.

Gyalton Rinpoche

2009/04/29 22:51 Well today is the end of 5 days of teachings by Gyalton Rinpoche at my centre. Its been a wonderful experience as usual, i was lucky enough to hear Rinpoche teach a couple of years ago and this year he was even better. He taught on Gampopas Instruction of the Sublime Path and held sessions twice a day for the last 5 days so he was very busy.

I thank Rinpoche for his precious teachings and wish him a safe journey home to India.

2009/04/14 21:08 This Sunday i'm off to see my friend Quentin at Kalima to get some branding on my tribal flames, i'm hoping it should really work well with the white ink i have on that arm as well.

Name Change

2009/04/14 21:06 Well its official, i have finally gotten round to changing my name. I have taken on my Buddhist name given to me when i took my Refuge vows. So now i'm Karma Dondrup Puntsok Webb, i kept my surname as i have children and don't wish to make things confusing for them.

Mods, Mods, Mods

2009/03/23 23:10 So me and my partner Leah took a trip to see Quentin at Kalima last weekend for some mods. Leah had 3 dermal anchors put in her temple and i had my lip scalpelled at 10mm and my nostril dermal punched at 5mm. Quentin was a superstar as usual and we are both healing great!!!!!!

2009/02/26 23:03 I was lucky and privelidged today to visit Lama Lodro at my centre and took him some gifts as would happen traditionally in Tibet.
For some reason i was very nervous but i always enjoy seeing Lama Lodro, he gave me some blessed medicine and a great picture of H.E Tai Situpa.

I would like to take this moment to wish for a more peaceful and meaningful future for all generations of Tibetans both in exile and in Tibet.
