The Physical Challenge

2009/11/18 11:03 I went to the gym last night for the first time in months. A combination of a busy schedule and injuries made it difficult to go regularly. I set up an appointment to figure out a new workout regimine so hopefully that'll work out right. We also did the fit test last night to see where I am with everything. Seems I didn't put on any weight and my body fat didn't go up. That's a plus. That and my resting heart rate is reallY good.

2009/11/16 20:59 Good weekend. Lots of fun people. Friday: Pixie and Santos were in town for the Broken Lizard show and the lovely Efix was in town as well (i believe to watch movies and talk about poutine). Saturday: spent the morning with Bucket watching TV and then i headed to New Brunswick to eat sangwiches with Todd and Julie and then go back to their place to watch movies, and judge people (with the assistance of Smashley Sunday: ate breakfast with Todd and Julie and then ate lunch with scot and finished off the day having dinner with Siobhan and Kevin. Weirdos love Lizards

2009/11/14 15:39 The Broken Lizard show at the Troc last night was great. Almost every sketch was top notch (aside from 2, rabbit was not funny). The most common theme of the night was definitely pandering to the audience and going back to the well. I was way ok with that. I haven't laughed out loud or stomped in laughter as much as i did last night as i have in a while. In other news, my shoulder definitely feels better about after the doctor visit. Looks like i need a visit or two back to get it put into place. Looks like about a month or so before i'll be at 100%. Quick Question. Is this a romantic thing to say to a woman???
