I have six tattoos on my arms so far; mainly all black tribal/geometric stuff.

Front and back
Latest work

2009/08/05 14:14 Well, it's been a few months since my last update. At the end of June, I visited Florida, and had some new metal and ink done while I was there. Thanks to Devin at Kadillac Tattoos in Jacksonville for the new tattoo. and to Pinhead at Tattoo Blues in Fort Lauderdale. Now started on filling in some of the spaces on my arms. Photos of the finished product next time. Go back to work next week, so the facial piercings will have to come out. :-(

2009/03/22 09:05 Had another session yesterday, and another horizontal bar was added across the collar bones, and two symmetrical pieces at the top of my arms. And that's it for the next month or so. Give what's been done so far a chance to settle properly, and also some time to come up with what to have done next. I want to fill my arms, I think, before the summer, and then focus on my chest and stomach later. I've also added three more "rungs" to my scrotal ladder, which now has 14 rings and bars altogether. Once I have managed to get the new ones stretched up to 4mm and with rings in, like the rest, I'll get some photos up. In the mean time here are some after yesterday's session. Need/want to focus on the weight-loss programme again, as I've been letting that slip over the last week or two, and I seem to be stuck at the 200lb mark; still a long way off target. Now that there is more daylight, hopefully I might be more inspired to get out there and take some exercise on a more regular basis as well.

Complete (almost)
2009/03/08 12:02 Was back for more yesterday, and am pleased that the shading is now complete, and I'm symmetrical again. Have to say, I am really pleased with the design. I love the way it extends onto the tops of my arms. It means that there is some movement in the design, depending on what I'm doing with my arms. Plans for next visit are to fill in the little circles, and to have something done in the space above the new stuff, so it doesn't look so bare. It's scheduled for two weeks time. Then I'm taking a few weeks off. Won't be going back until mid April, when I'm hoping to start working downwards. What I'm wanting done is a figure, arms outstretched in a sort of crucifix position, as if he's supporting my nipples. hehe. With feet down about the navel area. Any artists out there able to help out?

Progress
2009/02/15 09:10 Well, I'm pleased to report that things are going well, and I have been making steady progress these last six weeks or so. I've been losing on average a couple of pounds a week, and the scales today are reading 201 lbs! Only another 40 or so to go until I reach my target weight. BMI still too high. Anyway, my rewards have been (1) a trip to Berlin this last week, as it was half term and (2) the first session on my new ink. Eventually I'm intending to get whole of chest/stomach area done, but yesterday we made a start to the area at the top - across the collar bones and sternum. The pics show the progress. After about 4 hours under those needles, I had to call it a day. So the whole outline is done, and half has been filled in. I'll take some more photos once it's healed properly. At the moment it is covered in Bepanthem. Next session, if the weight continues to come off, is scheduled for March 7th.
