2008/05/21 21:38 I figured that this would be a good place to elaborate on the charity that I work for.
Our name is 11:11 AM, and we were founded after Andrew McMahon, the lead singer/pianist of Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin was diagnosed with Acute Lymphatic Leukemia in 2005.
All of our proceeds go to the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, which was Andrew's charity of choice. We started with just orange bracelets, but we now provide buttons and t-shirts are on their way.
Our websites are:

Over the years we have had the opportunity to participate in both Warped Tour and Bamboozle, as well as sell merch at many different tours & shows. So far we have donated $1300, which is substantial considering we are just four devoted fans.
On June 6th we will be hosting a benefit concert in Quincy, IL. Details can not yet be provided, since contracts are still in the process of being signed, but if anyone wants any more information just IM me and I'll be glad to help as much as I can.
I really urge everyone to at least check us out - we're not just about the music we support, we're about the children with cancer that have often been overlooked with the hype of Darfur, global warming, and the war; all are noble causes, but this is where we felt pulled to.
Thanks for any support - we really appreciate it. And if anyone plans on being at Warped Tour this summer, let me know, and we can meet up. =] I'll be at all dates from July 18th to the end of the tour.
