2007/05/18 14:04 So today I got my mothers day tattoo. But John, you are a father, not a mother, what gives?!? Well, my mom is adament about my brother and I not spending any money on her for mothers day. Well, she really does deserve the world, like most moms, so my brother and I gave her the entire weekend off from our family shop, but that wasnt enough for me. I got together with one of my artists and decided to get her favorite animal tattooed on me, and then he would hane the machine to my dear ol mum to tattoo the word "mom" under the frog. Now, keep in mind, Mom has never even so much as HELD a tattoo machine, so we were all in for a good time. Check out the pics, it was a blast!!!!

2007/05/15 19:06 My good friend and pincushion Ben came in today and wanted something new and custom. We came up with this awesome psuedo-industrial project. Its two 14 gauge piercings, one through the tragus and one through the inner conch. It took some measuring and careful planning, but we both think it turned out amazing! the curve of the question mark barbell runs gently along the conch and the ball part of the slave ring sits perfectly on the anti-tragus ridge. Im really proud of myself as a piercer for accomplishing very technical piercing, and I am sure Ben is proud to be the owner of a sweet new piercing!!!!
2007/05/15 15:47 So I havent updated in a long time, I guess Im just lazy. Anyway, the progress is mostly piercing related, and I have some new tattoo work. I finally reached my goal of 8 gauge in both of my nostrils, and now I know I want to go bigger. My lip is up to a 5 gauge, I dont even know what the crap that is. The tongue is still a six, but the lobes have both been upgraded, now sporting 32mm plugs alongside of some 2 gauge silicone. The forehead work is done, but much more facial work is scheduled. I hope to get a Moko style chin piece along with more dots under my eyes and possibly sideburns. check out the pictures and remember kids, stretch SLOWLY!!!!!!!
