Winter on the Horizon!
2009/10/10 08:39 Well, summer is now over which means this season of lake days has come to an end. As sad as it is there is still some time left on the bike and as soon as that is done with we will be on the mountain continuing with fun in the snow. I'm hoping this will be another good year for the local hills, partly because the season passes are already bought, but mostly because last year was so good and I've been aching to pick up where I left off. Regardless though, good times will be had.

2009/08/13 19:30 I'm working very hard to concentrate on growing my beard. My journey is still in the early stages but I am excited. I picked up some Norwegian Kelp because it is supposed to encourage hair growth. All I want in life is for Forrest to be proud of me. I bow down to his beard, but one day... one day our beards will frolic together.

Lake Days
2009/07/18 09:50 So every few weeks after a big hot spell and after we finish another house we usually take off on a thursday or friday and call it a lake day. This usually means that we bring way to much beer and little to no water and proceed to get drunk and attempt wake boarding. But sometimes, just sometimes, the magic happens. I'll have to track down the pictures from yesterday because for whatever reason almost no beer was brought and we were wakeboarding like mother fuckers! I'll have to put some thought into it all though because I'm still struggling to find the connection between our lack of beer and our improving wakeboarding skill.
