- Frenum done @ 1.6mm - now @ 3.0mm (retired after an in general body infection)
- Apadravya @ 6,0mm (stretching apadravya, actualy makes me lose all intrest in ever doing any modifications again. The pain of it is just so f''king extream and in a way which i cant focus on. I get through it but thats moustly because i never give up things i want)

Suspensions:
- Lotus - 10 point - 3mm - 30mins - My first suspension. It wasnt at all as bad as i would ever think. @ Wings of desire/oslo suscon 2004.
- Suicide - 4 point - 3mm - about 40 mins i think. @ a Wings of Desire suspension day.
- Suicide - 2 point - 4mm - i guess i was about 15 min up and then went for 15 more in a spinning beam, That really rocks!! @ a Wings of Desire suspension day.
- Suicide - 4 point - 3mm - about 20 min - testing our new suspension rom at my studio :) (iam:minimod did a nice jobb hooking me up,thanks:)
- Suicide - 4 point - 3mm - I guess this was the fist "bad" suspension i've done... it wasn't as fun as it used to, it was much more painfull then it used to. I guess it was all becouse of my friend massaging my back for like 15 min right before, which was really nice and usefull for my tension in my back from having to stand over customers in all waird positions all day working. So this time the pain from the hooks wasn't the problem.. but my back was tender and started cracking now and then... and it all got wrong... Atleast i got to lift my frind for like 10 secons before my spine cracked again and i wanted down... I usualy dont got any back problems more then tendens from working.. but now it really feelt like it... anyway.. it was an new exparianend and i guess the "bad" suspension would show up some day any way..
- Suicide - 2 point - 4mm - 45mim - By far the best suspension so far! it totaly ravanged the last one! I had so much fun:) Thought it gave me 7 stitches, and tons of air. :) @ Wings of Desire 2005
- Knees - 4 point - 3mm - 15mim - Done all by myself while i was on vacation in London from a tree in a park.

- Inverted - 4 point - 3mm - 1min(hehe) - Somehow my one knee hurted like hell. The pain from the hooks was okay. From a tree in a park in London, I'll revange it later!
- Knees - 4 point - 3mm - 15min - At home in my appartment all by my self with only my little sister to picture me. And my dog to lick my face afterwords hehe. You should have seen here. She was acting like i was sad and needed care:) Practicing before some suspension shows.
- Knees - 4 point - 3mm - about15min - Live demonstration of suspension for some students that are writing about suspension
- Tandem - Suicide(2x4mm)/Knees(4x3mm) ---> Eriks knees(4x3mm) - Our first Live Suspension Show - I really enjoyed walking with a needle and hook straight up in the audians faces and pierce my own knees. That was a kick.
